This home whitening is very effective however it’s need 2-6 weeks to start see the differents.
 
Second is in-office bleaching, this treatment can get your teeth more white in 1 hour. This treatment is suitable for patient that is obviously has a yellow teeth. The result of this treatment is vary from person to person. Also after treatment patients need to avoid eating colored food, drinking colored beverage and smoking as much as possible for at least 2 weeks.
