It is not possible to keep your mouth clean 100% by yourself because there is always some area that the toothbrush or dental floss could not reach. Our recommendation is to see your dentist twice a years for dental check up and get tooth cleaning. 

The procedure is included scaling by ultrasonic cleanser follow by hand instrument to clean in deeper area and then polished to remove all the plaque and make all the surface area smooth. All the treatment is usually take about 20-40 minutes to finish.
